Now that you've gotten the humorous posts for the weekend (Own3d is quickly going to be one of my favorite weekly features…I love it), it's time for more of a serious post. As you all have read and heard about, my life hasn't exactly been great lately. I've ranted, I've complained, I've bitched, and I've gotten so mad that I temporarily lose my addiction to Blogger. But, as time has progressed over the past couple of weeks, things seem to be quickly getting back to normal. First, here's what's left of my checklist:

  • License (3 days)
  • Yearbook Deadline (Next Week)
  • Exams

Things are quickly resuming to normal. Next weekend, I plan to go to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. This year, it's at both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, so it's going to be twice the sweetness. The past two years, it hasn't been all that great, but, now that Universal Studios is back in the picture, I'm expecting much more, and I've heard that it's good this year.

But, anyway, back to my life getting back to normal. My parents are home, and after spending a whole week with my aunt and uncle, I couldn't be happier. Things are going fine up north, and my grandma is going home in a couple weeks (she's gotta stay for rehab). This is good news, I was expecting something bad to come out of the whole situation. I just learned yesterday, and I haven't said anything until now, that effective November 1, I can have contact with my dad and step mom out in California again. People of The River, this DOES NOT mean that I'm planning to abandon you at the end of the year. It would be nice, but, I'm staying here for my last semester of high school. The whole situation started because my dad got married this year, and there was some kind of contact issue, but now, it has been settled, and November 1, the whole thing can be forgotten.

As soon as I get done with exams, my life will be so much better. I won't be dealing with the whole Economics crap anymore. I won't be in that class. Instead, I'll be in Mr. American Government Teacher's class. That will be so much easier. His class is very easy. And yearbook, too, should seem better, since my section will slowly be going out throughout the first few weeks. So, that should be easy.

And now that I'll have my license in 3 days, I'll be able to drive and get to things easier. So, for yearbook days on the half days I have next week, I can go and leave whenever I need to. I have a dentist appointment on one of those days, so I'll have to leave early one of those days. But, it will be easier.

And now, I'm out for now. I may post again later about the new Nissans that are coming out in 2005…they're sweet. I'll be back.
